"12 days of Christmas seems like a pain in the behind for someone out in the cold..."
~12 Roses Blooming:
"Blue... red, umm... what else? Yellow... pink... hmm... black? White? Violet! Light orange, peach... green?... Magenta aaaand... aquamarine..." Jazan, Rianna, Theodora and Gab were counting the roses they received last year's Christmas from a few villagers... "Are they all complete?" asked Gab. "Well, yeah, there are 12 of them already. All we gotta do is put these somewhere safe." Jazan said, as she thought of the dear roses she didn't want to go to waste. "Mine's blue, green and aquamarine." Rianna reminded, taking hers. "Violet, magenta and pink." said Gab, picking hers out of the pile. "White, black and yellow for this cat..." sighed Jazan as she pulled off hers from the remaining 3 roses, that belonged to Theodora. "Alrights... so mine's light orange, red and peach..." she said, taking hers. Jazan looked sad though, remembering all those three special people that gave her the roses: Asagi, Dai and Shion... Even though she can get annoyed at kids, she never forgot about these 3, since they were the ones who always made her laugh, well, even when Shion's silent all the time. And Rianna receieved these roses from their mother, father and of course, from Ai. Ai was the youngest of those hanyou children... She remembered Ai cried a lot and she was very touched when she received the precious rose from the lass. Her mom and dad were both over protective sometimes but that never made her think about hating them, for she knows they both love her... Theodora became closer to kids when Roku and Moegi gave her those 3 roses. Theodora was known to be a very gentle lover but a very fiery enemy. She often needed space of her own and privately but Roku and Moegi decided to let her open her eyes that even she could use someone to talk to... Theodora was known to be emotional but not a total emo. Then Gab... Gora was very careful with picking these... The huge turtle already ripped off a few but he only chose those colors that suit her well... Gab was scared at Gora the first time she saw him but as time passed, the 2 became, well, let's say, good acquaintances. She was surprised at what Gora gave her last time... Even though he was still alive, she wished she could be... closer... to him... "Well guys? What to do now with the roses?" asked Jazan, leaning on the tree. The sound of the water rushing on the shore was making her a bit sleepy, and even the different flights of the sea birds that were trying to catch their lunch got her eyes woozy. She yawns, covering her own mouth. "I suppose we could hold it for a while until we find somewhere we can keep these." said Gab. "And what if we don't find that hiding place, young one?" asked Theodora with a sweatdrop on her head. Gab replies "W-Weeeell.... I guess there's another way to keep these presents..." Rianna looks at Jazan. "Hey, sis, you seem very sleepy..." Jazan looks at her. "Well, yeah, the shore's got me... Even the birds..." She smiles at her sister. "You could use some rest." Rianna suggested. "Nah, thanks..." replied the sleepy leopard. Gab stands up then walks to the village. "Guys, I'll be off the village for now... This dolphin needs to be alone for the moment..." she says with mixed emotions... "You sure you don't want us to go with you?" asked Theodora. "Nah, thanks... I'll be back in a 'lil while." Gab makes her way to the village, she feels real sad, nobody knows, not even her... She felt this in a just a sudden flick of a bat's wing. When she reached the village, she went to the wrecked house they used to stay in. There she saw something... new to her eyes... She remembered when they left the house, that golden box wasn't there... It was placed on Rianna's bed... She ran to the bed and saw the box had a tag attached to it. It said something that made Gab half-happy and half-scared... "Seasons Greetings, our four beloved daughters... ~Mom and Dad" She suddenly got the box, smiling happily then runs back to her sisters... While she was on her way, Jazan fell asleep, Theodora was half-sleepy and Rianna was still waiting for her. "Guys!!! *pant pant* Guys, you have to see this!!!!" Gab was running to her sisters, with a very excited heart. She manages to wake up Theodora and Jazan. Jazan's ear stood up, alert. Theodora was fully awake and the 3 of them ran to Gab. Gab showed them the box and made them read the tag... The other 3 were as surprised as Gab was. The 4 of them knew now that they had a place where they could keep the remembrances of their love ones...
